The external triggered module is a pulse generator up to 70 V amplitude. This compact module produces square pulses up to 70 V into 50 Ω with fast 2 ns rise time. The output amplitude is factory adjusted from 15 V to 70 V. The output width is also factory adjusted from 50 ns to 1 μs.

GFT644 | 4 Channel 50 Ω TTL Line Driver Module

The GFT644 module is specially designed for interfacing signal and 50 Ω long cable.

The input threshold can be set to 1.5 or 0.0 or -1.5 V and the input load can be selected from 50 Ω to 1 KΩ pull up by a front panel switch. So that channel input can be driven directly by TTL / CMOS logic levels or open collector or negative pulse ( 0 to -2 V) or AC coupled signal ( +0.5 to -0.5 V)
