PCO-6141 | 60A OEM-StylePulsed / CW Laser Diode Driver Module

The PCO-6141 is a pulsed/CW current source built to drive diode lasers, bars and arrays in pulsed, QCW or CW modes. The compact, OEM-style unit is based on a hysteretic, average current, switch-mode regulator which allows for a high-performance driver in a small form factor.

The PCO-6141 encompasses several innovative features, one being a user-adjustable variable rise time control. Users are able to adjust the rise time within a range of 100 ns to 1.5 µs by means of a PCB-mounted potentiometer for optimal operation and overshoot compensation.

The PCO-6141 delivers up to 60 A of output current with pulse widths from less than 100 ns to DC. The PCO-6141 has pulse repetition frequencies from single-shot to 500 kHz at duty cycles up to 100%.
