December 31st, 2018 - End of the Year Review: BNC in 2018
BNC thanks everyone for their support and reviews 2018 in terms of product releases, tradeshows, and partnerships.
Berkeley Nucleonics would like to thank every customer, representative, and partner for making 2018 an excellent year. It was filled with cutting-edge product releases, product showcases, and new partnerships.
The new product releases that came from Berkeley Nucleonics this year include the Model 865, an ultra low-noise and fast-switching microwave signal generator featuring signal generation up to 40 GHz. Other launches were seen in BNC’s Radiation Division, including the innovative 360 Gamma and the Metrad 1, as well as new features and updates to existing legacy units. BNC’s Test & Measurement Division also made strides in the family of USB-Driven instrumentation with the Model 525, a 6-channel nanosecond pulse/delay generator in a compact, form factor. The Model 765 Fast Rise Time Pulse Generator is another significant advancement in the pulse/delay generator line from Berkeley Nucleonics, offering 70 ps rise/fall times and adjustable pulse widths.
Many of these new instruments were showcased at exhibitions all over the country throughout 2018. The RF/Microwave team attended events like EDI CON 2018 in Santa Clara, CA as well as IMS 2018 in Philadelphia, PA to exhibit the newest in signal generation and analysis. BNC’s latest developments in high-resolution low backgrounds scintillators were also showcased at the annual SORMA conference in Ann Arbor, MI. The Radiation Division held individual training sessions and attended various workshops throughout the country to offer hands-on support.
These new and exciting product developments would not be possible without our growing partnerships with companies like Brightspec, StemRad Ltd, and Active Technologies. We continue to appreciate and nurture these relationships into the new year, as well as grow in the Radiation Detection, Test & Measurement, and RF & Microwave fields.
